Most World's Series base runner disk have extensive paint damage.  A new mylar process for automotive decals has yielded a very thin and high quality self-adhesive decal.  It is now possible to make your old base disk look brand new.  Note that the application process is rather intricate, so you need to prepare your old disk carefully and follow included instructions.
