This Website is dedicated to aficionados of Rock-Ola Pinball Machines - In Memory Of Hal O'Rourke

The pot-metal "spider-casting" (part 607) of Rockola World's Series games is fragile and often snaps off the "lower arm" which is under constant spring tension.  This has often led to the disposal of the game.

I have had reasonable success gluing over broken lower arm back together with 3M 420 Epoxy or JB Steel Reinforced epoxy in conjunction with making metal braces.  When I advised my customer and friend Joe Crine to strengthen the lower arm on his game proactively, he designed a 3D printed reinforced plastic brace to proactive strengthen or repair broken arms.  Through a partnership we are bringing this to the Buckwerx marketplace.

ArmGuard includes instructions, the 3D printed guard and three clamps used for holding the ArmGuard in place while the JB Weld/Epoxy sets for 24 hours.  If you ware using it for repairing a broken arm, you may need to source a few more clamps.  Does not include epoxy or JB Weld.

This requires moderate mechanical skills to remove the infield base disk assembly to install.  It should be applied to any restoration project.
