This Website is dedicated to aficionados of Rock-Ola Pinball Machines - In Memory Of Hal O'Rourke

Increasingly World's Series machines are un-restorable due to warped or broken Rotating Base Disks which were cast from pot metal.

After several failed attempts I completed a design and had a local machine shop reproduce 15 Base Disks.  Five of those have already been committed, so there are 10 left at the time I have posted this.  It took several favors to get the machine shop to make these--I'm not certain that I will be able to make them again.  I wish the price was lower, but the design and machine tool programing costs were high for such a low volume.

These disks are machined from aluminum, and the quarter inch shaft is made from stainless steel rod.  The disk has been clear-anodized such that oxidation will not affect paint or decals.  Note that I will supply disks with a light green and dark green decal (dark green is shown).  You will need to apply the decal for which I will provide instructions. Some purchasers may have exceptional painting skills may choice that method of finishing.

The advantage of these base disks is that they weigh less and therefore eject "runs" at higher than normal speed.  It is important that your playfield is well balanced--the accompanying instructions will illustrate this.
